Rock Beauty Angelfish

Holacanthus tricolor

Marine Marine Atlantic and Caribbean

Featuring a stark contrast between a bright yellow front and a jet-black posterior, this Caribbean angel is visually arresting. However, it is notoriously challenging to keep captive due to specialised dietary reliance on natural sponges. Only experienced keepers with mature systems and access to sponge-based specialist feeds should attempt this delicate species.
