Bumblebee Goby
Brachygobius xanthozona
Brackish South-east Asia
A diminutive bottom-dwelling goby with vibrant yellow and black bands reminiscent of a bumblebee. They typically fare best in mild brackish water with lots of rockwork caves. Feeding can be challenging, as wild specimens often adamantly refuse anything except live or frozen foods.
Also called: Bumblebee fish, Bumblebeefish.
