Aquarium Related Tips

1. Goldfish can live incredibly long periods of up to 25 years. You should plan accordingly when you purchase a goldfish.

2. Provide plenty of places for your aquarium animals to hide. Studies have actually shown that the more places a fish has to hide, the less likely they are to do so! Hiding spots also provide safe spots of refuge for smaller fish in the aquarium

3. Some people go by the ìinch of fish, gallon of water rule when deciding on how large of an aquarium to buy. This is a completely false and bad method to go by, you should always check your individual fish's tank requirements.
