Aquarium Related Tips

1. Clownfish do not always need to be with a sea anemone. Clownfish use anemoneís in the wild and they are not completely necessary in the home aquarium. If you insist on owning an anemone, you need to have plenty of experience to take care of it as they can be difficult to manage.

2. It is generally recommended to use natural gravel for the aquarium. Colored gravel can be used, as long as it is professionally made, certain cheaply made color gravels can be toxic to fish in your aquarium.

3. It is a good idea to perform a frequent water change and cleaning schedule. Changing the water in your aquarium will keep it clean for the fish that live in the aquarium. Keep a full stock of the water treatment chemicals you will need for this purpose.

Tube Anemone

$21.25

Tube Anemones are originally from the waters of the Indo-Pacific and are also commonly referred to as the Tube Dwelling Anemone. Tube Anemone should be kept in a spot in the aquarium where they can receive medium waterflow along with moderate lighting. You can place this coral anywhere in the aquarium where it can receive its lighting and waterflow requirements. Tube Anemone are aggressive members of the aquarium and should be kept with other aggressive species in the aquarium. Do not keep this anemone next to more peaceful species as it will move in on them and possibly harm them.
