Aquarium Related Tips

1. Wrasses are very lively fish, and love to jump. You should always have a well secured lid when keeping wrasses in your aquarium.

2. It is never a good idea to add shells from the beach into your aquarium. Introducing shells raw from the beach can add harmful bacteria and potentially new creatures to the aquarium.

3. It is a good idea to clean your aquarium with a soft wash cloth and warm water. The soft cloth will not leave scratches on the inside of your aquarium and will remove any unsightly stains.

Tiger Sand Conch

$2.99

Tiger Sand Conch Snails are originally from the waters of the Central Pacific. Tiger Turbo Snails grow to a size of around 2 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size to provide them with plenty of swimming and living room. Tiger Sand Conch Snails are herbivores and will feed on algae, diatoms, and cyanobacteria. Tiger Sand Conch Snails are peaceful members of the aquarium, and should not be kept with more aggressive species that can possibly harm them. Tiger Sand Conch Snails are easy to care for and can be kept by the beginning aquarium owner with little problem. These snails are very hardy, and can be kept in a reef aquarium with no problem.
