The Telescope Goldfish gets its name from the fact that its eyes are large and protrude from its head. The Telescope Goldfish should be kept in a tank of at least 10 gallons of water, and should have plenty of room to swim around in, along with plants and rocks to provide the goldfish with natural cover. The Goldfish grows to around 8 inches in length, and is a very peaceful fish. This fish makes a great community fish, but is best kept with members of its own species. The Telescope Goldfish is an omnivore and should be fed a steady diet of flake, pellet, and the occasional meaty food.
