Aquarium Related Tips

1. Stingrays make wonderful pets for the aquarium, but make sure you can properly care for your stingray in your home aquarium.

2. You should keep the temperature in your aquarium constant. Constant change in the aquarium can be dangerous for the fish in your aquarium. Keep a quality heater and accurate thermometer to ensure that the water stays stable for the aquarium.

3. Cloudy water is normally a sign of overfeeding your aquarium. Judge the right amount of food to place in the aquarium to not leave too much residue due to overfeeding.

Striata Botia Loach

$9.15

Striata Botia Loaches have beautiful zebra-style black markings running vertically alongside their whole bodies. Striata Botia Loaches grow to around 4 inches in length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons to provide for plenty of room for this fish to swim around in. Striata Botia Loaches are peaceful fish, and they are very active in the aquarium. For the best possible conditions, you should make sure to keep these loaches in an aquarium with 5 or more of their own kind. Striata Botia Loaches will accept most flake and pellet foods, but should also be fed insect larvae, daphnia, and bloodworms to supplement their diet.
