Aquarium Related Tips

1. Some people go by the ìinch of fish, gallon of water rule when deciding on how large of an aquarium to buy. This is a completely false and bad method to go by, you should always check your individual fish's tank requirements.

2. Try to provide an environment that is as stable as possible, fluctuations in the aquarium can have a negative impact on the aquarium. Try to keep the temperature and PH levels fairly balanced in your aquarium.

3. When adding plants to the aquarium, be sure to check the lighting needs. Try to find plants that will fit the pre-existing lighting conditions of your aquarium. You should avoid plants that require much more light than the fish in your aquarium.

Smokey Leopard Veil Angel

$9.95

The Smokey Leopard Veil Angelfish is uniquely marked with a gray, black, and silver spotted pattern, the fins on this species are long with intricate webbing between that make the Smokey Leopard Veil Angelfish look absolutely beautiful. To make sure that your Angelfish are happy, you should house them in an aquarium that is at least 30 gallons with slightly acidic water. You should place a lot of environmental objects such as live rock, plants, or driftwood so your Angelfish has a lot of places that they can take refuge in. You should feed the Smokey Leopard Veil Angelfish a good variety of foods that include meaty foods and vegetables. A good quality flake food along with brine shrimp or bloodworms is a great diet for Angelfish.
