The Ringtail Seahorse is originally from the waters off the coast of Sri Lanka. Ring Tail Seahorses grow to around 6 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size to provide these seahorses with plenty of swimming and living room. Ring Tail Seahorses are carnivores and should be fed a steady diet of feeder shrimp and other meaty preparations for best possible health. Ring Tail Seahorses are peaceful aquarium inhabitants but can be a bit difficult to care for. For this reason, we recommend that only the experienced aquarium owner attempt to care or these creatures.
