1. You should always research the different types of fish you are going to be housing together. Certain fish can be extremely aggressive and cannot be paired with other fish of different temperaments.


2. You should always thoroughly research the type of aquarium you are going to be setting up before you purchase it. Make sure you have the proper gallon capacity and shape that will fit in your home.

Red Lobster

Red Lobsters come from the waters of the Pacific Ocean around the Hawaiian Islands. Red Lobsters grow to around 5 inches at full length, and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 40 gallons to provide them with plenty of swimming and living room. Red Lobsters are peaceful, and should not be kept in the aquarium with other creatures that are aggressive or may attack it. Red Lobsters are fairly easy to care for, and can be kept even by the beginning aquarium owner without too much of a problem. Red Lobsters are omnivores, and you should supplement its scavenging diet with plenty of iodine rich foods.
