Aquarium Related Tips

1. You should always research the different types of fish you are going to be housing together. Certain fish can be extremely aggressive and cannot be paired with other fish of different temperaments.

2. Goldfish can live incredibly long periods of up to 25 years. You should plan accordingly when you purchase a goldfish.

3. It is generally a good practice to purchase the largest aquarium that you can actually afford. A larger aquarium will be less susceptible to quick changes in the chemistry, and will offer much more stability.

Plate Colored Coral

$27.95

Plate Coral comes from the waters of the Pacific Ocean around the Island of Fiji. Plate Coral can grow up to 6 inches across, and should be kept in an aquarium that can provide plenty of living room for this coral. Plate Coral should be kept where it can receive low water flow and low lighting. Because of its requirements, we recommend you keep this coral near the bottom of the aquarium where it can receive its needs. This coral can be a bit difficult to care for, and should only be kept by the experienced aquarium owner.

Lighting: Low
Waterflow: low
