Aquarium Related Tips

1. You need to have some healthy natural bacteria to process the wastes and chemicals in your aquarium. This will take around 4 weeks to grow naturally, but you can purchase products to speed up the process.

2. After establishing your aquarium, pick fish that will add well to the current water conditions in your aquarium. Also be sure to check their temperament and other needs to be sure that they will make the transition in your aquarium smoothly.

3. You should feed your fish a variety of food and not just flake foods. Mix it up with fresher foods from their regular diet. Giving them more a varied diet will increase the general health of your fish.

Pisces Pro Acclimator 12 lot

$87.95

The Pisces pro acclimator is a great tool to use if you are moving fish from one aquarium to another, or if you are trying to introduce new life into your tank. The Pisces Acclimator is a self priming, valve controlled drip, and hang on device used to acclimate the life in your tank. Fighting to keep the drip line in your tank and trying to suck fish water through the air line tubing is a thing of the past. To use you simply have to use the valve control to control the volume of water entering the acclimation container, you place your new animal into the plastic container, hang the plastic hook on the side of the aquarium and after a few more short steps, you are ready to go!
