Aquarium Related Tips

1. In larger aquariums, you should put a few scavenger fish in the tank. Scavenger fish will help to clean up left behind food and wastes from the other fish in the aquarium. This is a good eco friendly way to keep your aquarium clean.

2. Pay close attention to your fish's PH needs and augment your aquarium as necessary to accommodate the new fish you are adding to your aquarium.

3. It is not recommended to keep your aquarium where it receives direct sunlight. Exposure to direct sunlight can upset the balance of the aquarium and can raise aquarium temperature levels. It is best to keep your aquarium in a place where you can control the lighting.

Pillar Coral (Atlantic)

$0.00

Pillar Coral is originally from the waters of Eastern Asia and around Indonesia. Pillar Coral is aggressive, and should not be kept with other more peaceful species, as it may harm them and encroach on their territory. Pillar coral should be kept with other aggressive coral to keep its expansion in check. Keep this coral in a spot in the aquarium where it can receive moderate lighting along with medium waterflow. Because of its waterflow and lighting requirements, keep this coral at the bottom of the aquarium. As with all corals, make sure to supplement this coral with plenty of calcium, strontium, and other trace elements for best health.

Lighting: Medium
Waterflow: Medium
Placement: Bottom
Origin: Eastern Asia, Indonesia
Temperament: Aggresssive
Care: Moderate
