Palani Tangs are originally from the waters of the Indo-Pacific Ocean and can also be referred to as the Brown Tang. Palani Tangs grow to around 4 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 20 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for this fish. Palani Tangs are herbivores and should be fed a steady diet of frozen and flake foods and other herbivore preparations. Palani Tangs are peaceful and should only be kept with other tangs that are peaceful as well.
Size: Can grow up to 4 inches at full maturity
Feeding: Herbivore, should be fed plenty of vegetable preparations for best health.
Aquarium: Saltwater, can be kept in the reef aquarium with little problem.

Compatibility: Can be kept with other peaceful fish in a community aquarium.
