Aquarium Related Tips

1. You should keep some brushes on hand, especially if you are a reef aquarium owner. With your brushes you will be able to clean off any built up grime from inside your aquarium or on the surfaces of your hard corals.

2. It is good to budget out the cost of your aquarium. You should leave plenty of money to purchase quality filters, pumps, and heaters for your aquarium. Your big aquarium is going to do you no good if you do not have the proper equipment to keep it going.

3. Always use a new or clean bucket when going through the acclimation or water changing process. A bucket that has been used to hold bleach or other chemicals can be very harmful for the fish in your aquarium.

Organ Pipe Green/Blue

$24.95

Organ Pipe Coral is originally from the waters of the Southern Pacific around the islands of Fiji and Tonga. Organ Pipe Coral should be kept in a spot in the aquarium where it can receive moderate to high lighting along with medium water flow. You can put this coral anywhere in the aquarium where it will receive both of those requirements. Pipe Organ coral is peaceful, and should not be kept next to more aggressive species that will move in and attack it. As with all other coral, you need to supplement with Iodine and other trace elements for best health.
