Orange Stripe Cardinal

Orange Stripe Cardinalfish come from the waters of the Western Pacific mostly around Indonesia. Orange Stripe Cardinalfish grow to 3 ¬? inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 20 gallons in size to provide them with plenty of swimming room. Orange Stripe Cardinalfish are carnivores and should be fed plenty of meaty foods along with pellets and flake. Orange Stripe Cardinalfish can be aggressive, so you should make sure that you house them with other fish of around the same temperament and size.


Origin: Western Pacific, Indonesia

Size: Can grow up to 3.5 inches at full maturity

Feeding: Carnivore, should be fed plenty of meaty foods for best health.

Aquarium: Saltwater, can be kept in a reef aquarium.

Minimum Tank Size: 20 gallons, should be kept in a larger aquarium if in groups.

Behavior: Semi-Aggressive

Care: Beginner level.

Compatibility: Can be kept with other semi-aggressive fish.
