Orange Leg Hermit Crabs are from the waters of the Pacific, and more specifically around the Hawaiian Islands. Orange Leg Hermit Crabs are peaceful members of the aquarium and should not be kept with more aggressive creatures that may attack and harm them. Orange Leg Hermit Crabs grow to around 2 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for them. Orange Leg Hermit Crabs are omnivores and should be fed herbivore and carnivore preparations inbetween scavenging. These hermit crabs are easy to care for, and can be kept by the beginning aquarium owner with little problem.
