1. You should always take the time to acclimate your fish to the aquarium. Acclimating your fish will get them used to the environment of the aquarium. Adding fish directly can be too much a shock for your fish and can pose health hazards.
2. Clownfish do not always need to be with a sea anemone. Clownfish use anemoneís in the wild and they are not completely necessary in the home aquarium. If you insist on owning an anemone, you need to have plenty of experience to take care of it as they can be difficult to manage.
3. It is generally a good practice to purchase the largest aquarium that you can actually afford. A larger aquarium will be less susceptible to quick changes in the chemistry, and will offer much more stability.
