Montipora Coral comes from the waters of the Southern Pacific around Fiji, Australia, and the Solomon Islands. Montipora coral is peaceful, and can be placed next to other peaceful corals with no problem. You should not keep your Montipora Coral next to aggressive species, as they will spread out and can harm this coral. Make sure to keep your Montipora Coral in a place in the aquarium where it can receive moderate to high lighting along with medium flow water. In order to meet this corals lighting and water requirements, you should keep it around the top to middle of the aquarium.
