Aquarium Related Tips

1. Cloudy water is normally a sign of overfeeding your aquarium. Judge the right amount of food to place in the aquarium to not leave too much residue due to overfeeding.

2. It is never a good idea to add shells from the beach into your aquarium. Introducing shells raw from the beach can add harmful bacteria and potentially new creatures to the aquarium.

3. Goldfish can live incredibly long periods of up to 25 years. You should plan accordingly when you purchase a goldfish.

Teardrop Maxima Clams are absolutely stunning members of the aquarium. Teardrop Maxima Clams are kept by many aquarium owners for their stunning display of color, and their peaceful nature. Teardrop Maxima Clams are peaceful members of the aquarium, and should be kept well away from aggressive aquarium members that may do them harm. Teardrop Maxima Clams do great in the reef aquarium, and should pose little problem to the other coral and creatures there. These clams should be kept in a spot in the aquarium where they can receive high lighting along with low to medium waterflow.
