Aquarium Related Tips

1. It is a good idea to perform a frequent water change and cleaning schedule. Changing the water in your aquarium will keep it clean for the fish that live in the aquarium. Keep a full stock of the water treatment chemicals you will need for this purpose.

2. It is generally a good practice to purchase the largest aquarium that you can actually afford. A larger aquarium will be less susceptible to quick changes in the chemistry, and will offer much more stability.

3. Make sure you ask plenty of questions when you are buying accessories or fish for your aquarium. The salespeople are there to help you, and should be able to handle any concerns you have when buying items for your aquarium.

Lighting Surge Damsel

$8.95

Lightning Surge Damsels are originally from the waters of the Indian Ocean around India and Sri Lanka. Lighting Surge Damsels grow to around 2.5 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 55 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for them. Lightning Surge Damsels are semi-aggressive members of the aquarium and should be kept with other aggressive fish to keep their behavior in check. Lighting Surge Damsels are omnivores and should be fed plenty of meaty and herbivore preparations for best health. These fish are easy to care for, and can be kept even by the beginning aquarium owner with little problem.
