The Licorice Gourami is a long bodied, colorful fish. They feature dark brown, and yellowish stripes running alongside their bodies. The Licorice Gourami is originally from Southeast Asia, more specifically from the Islands of Malaysia. To house this fish you should provide an aquarium of at least 10 gallons in size to provide for plenty of room for the Licorice Gourami to swim around in. These fish are relatively small growing to a length of only around 1¬? inches in length at full maturity. The Licorice Gourami is an omnivore and should be fed a diet of flake and live food such as bloodworms, and white worms. Should be kept in a peaceful fish tank.
