Lemon Drop Cardinal fish are originally from the waters of the Pacific Ocean around the Hawaiian Islands. Lemon Drop Cardinal Fish grow to around 5 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 75 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for these fish. Lemon Drop Cardinal fish are peaceful members of the aquarium and should not be kept with more aggressive fish that may attack and harm it. Keep this fish with other peaceful aquarium mates. Lemon Drop Cardinal Fish are carnivores and should be fed a steady diet of plenty of meaty foods and carnivore preparations.
