Gigas Clam

Gigas Clams are originally from the waters of the Indo-Pacific and Western Pacific. Gigas Clams can grow to several feet long at full length and weigh hundreds of pounds, the clams your order from us should arrive at around 6 inches in length. Keep this clam in an aquarium of at least 80 gallons in size to provide it with plenty of room to grow. Gigas Clams are peaceful members of the aquarium and should not be kept with more aggressive species that will attack and harm this clam. Gigas clams should be kept in a spot in the aquarium where it can receive moderate lighting along with medium water flow. You can keep this clam anywhere in the aquarium as long as both its lighting and water requirements are met.
