Giant Hawkfish are found in the waters around Mexico in the Pacific Ocean. Giant Hawkfish grow to around 24 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 120 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for this fish. Giant Hawkfish are aggressive and should not be kept with other more peaceful species in the aquarium as it may attack and harm them. Giant Hawkfish are carnivores and should be fed a steady diet with plenty of meaty preparations and live fish. Giant Hawkfish are a bit hard to care for and should only be kept by the experienced aquarium owner.
