Frontosa Cichlids get rather large up to 14 inches in length. They are beautifully marked with a light blue body with darker bluish black stripes that run up and down the length of their body, the also posses a unique hump above their eyes. The Frontosa Cichlid is mostly none aggressive and like all other Cichlids it should be kept best in an aquarium with plenty of rocks and plants for the Frontosa Cichlid to hide and claim as territories in. The Frontosa Cichlid can be a bit territorial but other than that, they are very peaceful. You should feed the Frontosa Cichlid a balanced diet of pellet and flake food with meaty foods of freeze dried plankton and krill.
