Aquarium Related Tips

1. When breeding angelfish, it is normal for the first spawn to suffer heavy losses and not make it all the way to the hatching phase. You should have the proper equipment before you start to breed angelfish.

2. You should always take the time to acclimate your fish to the aquarium. Acclimating your fish will get them used to the environment of the aquarium. Adding fish directly can be too much a shock for your fish and can pose health hazards.

3. Keep plenty of testing kits on hand, if you own a saltwater aquarium you should mainly focus on nitrates, PH, salinity, and phosphate levels. Never be caught off guard, make sure you have plenty of kits available to test the levels.

Frogspawn Coral Wall Met

$71.95

Frogspawn Coral is from the waters of the Indo-Pacific Ocean, most notably around the Solomon Islands. Frogspawn Coral gets its name from its appearance resembling that of a frog spawning sack. Frogspawn Coral should be kept in a place in the aquarium where it can receive moderate to high lighting and medium waterflow. The best place to place this coral is near the bottom of the aquarium. Frogspawn Coral is aggressive and should not be kept near peaceful corals, as it will encroach on them and damage them.

Lighting: Moderate to High
Waterflow: Medium
Placement: Bottom
Origin: Indo-Pacific, Solomon Islands
Temperament: Aggressive
Care: Moderate
