Aquarium Related Tips

1. You need to have some healthy natural bacteria to process the wastes and chemicals in your aquarium. This will take around 4 weeks to grow naturally, but you can purchase products to speed up the process.

2. When you purchase your aquarium and the equipment for your setup, do not purchase the fish at the same time. You are going to need plenty of time to cycle the water in the aquarium to make it hospitable for the fish in your aquarium.

3. Make sure to keep a log on hand to update any changes in the aquarium. This will help you keep track of changes in your aquarium much more easily. Keep your aquarium log in a place where you wonít forget it.

Flower Coral (Pacific)

$0.00

Flower Coral is originally from the waters of the Southern Pacific. Flower Coral is typically red in coloration, and is also commonly called Flower Pot Coral. Flower Coral is aggressive and should be kept next to aggressive species that will keep its expansion in check. Do not keep this coral too close to more peaceful species of coral that it may overtake and harm. Flower Coral should be placed in a spot in the aquarium where it can receive medium to strong waterflow along with high lighting. Because of its waterflow and lighting requirements, you should place this coral towards the bottom to the mid range of the aquarium.

Lighting: Strong
Waterflow: Medium-Strong
Placement: Low-Mid Range
Origin: Southern Pacific
Temperament: Peaceful
Care: Difficult
