The Flame Hawkfish comes from the islands of Fiji and Tahiti in the Pacific. Flame Hawkfish grow to around 4 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size. These fish need plenty of places to perch in the aquarium, and you should provide your Flame Hawkfish with plenty of rock and coral cover, this fish likes to have spots to perch at to wait for food. This fish is a carnivore, and should be fed a steady diet of meaty foods, with live, and frozen foods.
