Aquarium Related Tips

1. It is a good idea to clean your aquarium with a soft wash cloth and warm water.† The soft cloth will not leave scratches on the inside of your aquarium and will remove any unsightly stains.

2. Make sure that the bottom of your aquarium is fully supported by your aquarium stand.† If you have any gaps in the structural integrity of your aquarium, it is much more prone to breaks and leaks.

3. Having a quarantine tank on hand is a very good practice to use if you frequently buy new fish.† The quarantine tank will weed out any sick fish that could possible get into your aquarium and cause harm to the other inhabitants.†

Fantail

$0.00

Fantail Goldfish are a species of fish that are farm raised right here in the United States. Fantail Goldfish grow to a size of around 8 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size to provide plenty of swimming and living room for these fish. Fantail Goldfish are peaceful members of the aquarium, and should not be kept with more aggressive species that will harm it. Fantail Goldfish are omnivores and should be fed a steady diet of flake and pellet foods for best health. These goldfish are easy to care for, and can be kept by the beginning aquarium owner with little problem.
