Yellow Cup Coral comes from the waters of the Western Pacific, around Fiji and Eastern Asia. Yellow Cup Coral is typically found in green, tan, and yellow varieties, and gets its name from its cup like appearance. Yellow Cup Coral are peaceful, and should not be kept next to aggressive coral that will encroach on its territory. Yellow Cup Coral should be kept in a place in the aquarium where they can receive moderate lighting along with medium to strong water flow. The best place to put this coral is in the bottom to the middle of the aquarium. Yellow Cup Corals need to be supplemented with calcium, strontium and other trace elements for best health.
