(pomacanthus arcuatus) Saltwater
These are a hardy fish found in the Western Atlantic, from Florida down to Brazil. They have a grey body with blue dots and blue highlights on the caudal, dorsal and anal fins. Their face is a pale silver grey. As juveniles, these fish are black with yellow stripes. They will nip at stony and soft corals and need large amounts of live rock to hide and to graze upon.
Size: small 2" to 3 1/2"; medium 3 1/2" to 5" can grow up to 20" Tank: minimum of 125 gallons Temperament: Semi-aggressive Food: (Omnivore), eat a varied diet including Spirulina, marine algae, mysid or frozen shrimp and high-quality angelfish preparations.
