Beta Bowl essential is used to treat and neutralize the harmful chlorine that will be in your tank if you fill it up from a tap source. Beta Bowl essential also provides essential ions for the fish and plants in your tank. You can use this product when you are preparing a new bowl or aquarium, if you are making water changes to an existing aquarium or even if you need to add some water if you lost some due to evaporation. To use Beta Bowl Essential you should add 1 capful of Betta Bowl Essential for every quart of water that you are adding to your setup, including water used to off set evaporating and tank water changes.
