The Banded Prawn Goby is from the warm waters of the Indo-Pacific region of the ocean. The Banded Prawn Goby gets its name from its distinct banding alongside its body. These fish grow to around 3 ¬? inches at full length, and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 10 gallons. When you first add your goby to the aquarium, do not be alarmed if it does not eat for several days, this is normal. These fish are semi-aggressive, but can be kept with other gobies with little problem.
Origin: Indo-Pacific Ocean

Feeding: Carnivore, should be fed a steady diet of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and other meaty foods.
Aquarium: Saltwater, can be kept in a reef aquarium.

Behavior: Semi-Aggressive
Care: Beginner
Compatibility: Can be kept with other semi-aggressive fish, or with other compatible goby species.
