1. If you have a protein skimmer you should shut it off when you are adding medicine to your aquarium. The protein skimmer will remove any medicines added to the aquarium.


2. You should keep some brushes on hand, especially if you are a reef aquarium owner. With your brushes you will be able to clean off any built up grime from inside your aquarium or on the surfaces of your hard corals.


3. Pay close attention to your fish's PH needs and augment your aquarium as necessary to accommodate the new fish you are adding to your aquarium.

Green Abalone Racers are great creatures to put in the marine aquarium. Green Abalone Racers will feed on algae in the aquarium and should also be fed other supplemental herbivore preparations. Green Abalone Racers are renowned for there beautiful appearance and are kept by many aquarium owners on this basis along. You should make sure that your aquarium is in the temperature range of 65-80 degrees Fahrenheit to keep these snails in the aquarium. Green Abalone Racers grow to around 3 inches at full length and should be kept in an aquarium of at least 30 gallons in size to provide them with plenty of swimming and living room.
