1. Make sure to always keep your aquarium level when placing it.† If your aquarium is uneven, the weight of the water can press against the seems and this can cause major problems in your aquarium.
2. Keep plenty of testing kits on hand, if you own a saltwater aquarium you should mainly focus on nitrates, PH, salinity, and phosphate levels.† Never be caught off guard, make sure you have plenty of kits available to test the levels.
3. It is a good idea to clean your aquarium with a soft wash cloth and warm water.† The soft cloth will not leave scratches on the inside of your aquarium and will remove any unsightly stains.
